What Items Cannot Go in a Dumpster?
Certain materials cannot be placed in our dumpsters due to disposal and safety regulations. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
Paints (oil, aerosol or water-based)
Oils (motor, hydraulic or food)
Fuels (gas, diesel or propane)
Batteries
Poisons, insecticides, pesticides and herbicides
Fluorescent bulbs
Asbestos
Propane tanks, even if empty
Microwaves

How Much Weight Is Included With My Dumpster Rental?
Weight allowance depends on the dumpster size you rent.
10-Yard Dumpster: Includes up to 1 tons (2,000 lbs.)
20-Yard Dumpster: Includes up to 2.5 tons (5,000 lbs.)
Heavy materials such as concrete, rock, dirt and soil are limited to one cubic yard and must be placed in a 10-yard dumpster only.
Weight exceeding the included allowance is charged at $75 per additional ton.

When and How Do I Pay for My Dumpster Rental?
Payment for your dumpster rental is due upon delivery. For the quickest and easiest payment, you can pay by phone with a credit or debit card. We can also email you an invoice with a secure payment link.
Cash payments may also be arranged.
Any additional charges incurred during the rental, such as additional days beyond the included 10-day rental period or weight overage charges, are due after the dumpster is picked up.
When will My Dumpster be Delivered and Picked Up?
Your dumpster will be delivered on your scheduled delivery date. Same-day delivery may be available depending on availability, so give us a call if you need a dumpster quickly.
Our standard rental period is 10 days. We will typically contact you 1–2 days before your scheduled pickup to confirm that your project is complete and the dumpster is ready to be removed.
Finished early? Just call or text us and we'll arrange an earlier pickup.
Need more time? No problem. Additional rental days are available for $10 per day after the included 10-day rental period.
Do I Need to Be Home When My Dumpster is Delivered?
No, you do not need to be home for delivery as long as we have clear instructions on where you would like the dumpster placed.
Please make sure the delivery area is accessible and free of vehicles, low-hanging branches, gates or other obstacles that could prevent safe placement.
If you have specific placement instructions, please let us know before delivery. We’ll do our best to place the dumpster exactly where you need it.
What Size Dumpster Do I Need?
Choosing the right dumpster depends on your project and the type of material you’re disposing of.
10-Yard Dumpster: Great for smaller home cleanouts, garage cleanouts, small remodeling projects, yard debris and limited amounts of heavy materials.
20-Yard Dumpster: Best for larger home cleanouts, remodeling and construction projects, moving cleanouts and bulkier debris.

Will the Dumpster Damage My Driveway?
Our mini dumpsters are designed to fit conveniently in residential driveways and tighter spaces. We take care during delivery and pickup to place the dumpster safely and minimize the risk of damage.
Driveway protection is also available upon request for customers who would like an added layer of protection beneath the dumpster.
Customers are responsible for choosing and approving the placement location and ensuring the surface is suitable for the weight of the dumpster and its contents.

How Far in Advance Should I Reserve a Dumpster?
We recommend reserving your dumpster as early as possible to make sure the size and delivery date you need are available.
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available, depending on our current inventory and delivery schedule. If you need a dumpster quickly, call us at 512-616-6760 and we'll let you know what we have available.
For planned cleanouts, remodeling projects or construction jobs, reserving in advance is the best way to secure your preferred delivery date.
Where Can the Dumpster Be Placed?
Our dumpsters can typically be placed in a driveway, on a job site, or in another accessible area of your property. We’ll work with you to determine a safe and convenient placement location.
Please make sure the area is clear of vehicles, low-hanging branches, gates, overhead wires, or other obstacles that could interfere with delivery and pickup.
Driveway protection is available upon request for customers who would like additional protection beneath the dumpster.
If you’re considering placement on a public street or other public area, you may need approval or a permit from your city or HOA. We recommend checking any local requirements before delivery.
